We allow exchanges only on regular-priced items within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Goods intended for exchange should be returned unused, in brand new condition and with original packaging included. Your purchase receipt from Commune should be presented as well.
Please take note that we do not accept cancellations or returns for the following items : mattresses, customised items/orders, special order or customised upholstery items, clearance / sales items, display items, and items damaged through normal wear and tear.
Delivery fees are also non-refundable.
If you wish to make a exchange, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org / 6282 9086 so we can facilitate the return. All items will be inspected upon return.
Returns Policy (Regular-Priced Items Only)
A restocking fee will apply, starting from 25% of the purchase price and subject to our discretion, for any items not returned in good condition or outside the stipulated time frame
After we have received the returned item and completed the inspection, our customer service officer will advise you on the restocking fee and refunded amount which is calculated as follows : Refunds will take up to 30 calendar days to process (starting from the date of collection of the returned item) and will be credited back to the original mode of payment. However, COMMUNE reserves the rights to change the mode of refund.
Returns (Regular-Priced Items Only)
If you do change your mind and decide to cancel your order, please notify us within 48 hours from the date of purchase and there will be no cancellation charges incurred. Please email your cancellation request to email@example.com. We regret that no cancellations are allowed for clearance / sale items.
Any cancellation request received after 48 hours from the date of purchase will be subject to cancellation fees chargeable as follows:
Items valued at SG$500 or above : SG$50.00 per item
Items valued below SG$500 : 5% of the item's purchase price. Cancellation fees will be automatically deducted from the invoiced amount, so the final refunded amount you get will be 95% of the invoiced amount.

8. To cancel a special or customised order for Sofas or Mattresses, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours from the date of purchase. We regret we are unable to accept any cancellations or changes for special/customised orders after 48 hours from the date of purchase.
